Consultation & Design

Our design team works closely with you to ensure that your finished project will meet all your specifications and on budget. We approach all our projects with sophistication to bring you a tailored aesthetic for your clientele. Our team is skilled in materials, functionality and ergonomic design and works closely with our fabrication and installation team to develop a concept to best serve your facility.

Manufacturing & Fabrication

In order to create an array of customized millwork products for you, we utilize high-quality materials to keep your business looking professional and clean. All of our fabrication is done in-house to keep a close eye on production and keep your costs down.

Delivery & Installation

Our goal is to always meet scheduled installations and manage all the delivery logistics to provide you with seamless installation. Our team works tirelessly to create custom products for you, and we ensure the delivery and installation process is done with care until the very last piece is perfect.

THE PROCESS

Consultation:

Speak with one of our professional consultants to provide strategic advice and to ultimately develop a plan. Once a plan is in place, we will meet to show colors and materials that match your vision.

Design:

Our architectural designers and draftmen will then work hand in hand to make sure the blueprint is precise and tailored to your liking.

Manufacturing & Fabrication:

Once the design team has finished with the blueprint, it is then handed off to the shop foreman, where he assigns specific tasks to different professionals based on the product material being customized.

Millwork:

If your product involves custom wood, we have you covered! Our skilled millworkers have over decades of experience. They possess the knowledge to complete wood work by hand and by machinery; using a computer numerical control (CNC). Together, they produce some of the best custom wood products that fits perfectly in each of our customers’ locations.

Metal Fabrication:

We not only know how to customize wood; but, we also have a team of highly skilled metal fabricators. Our fabricators know how to cut, shape, and assemble all varieties of metal.

Glazier & Granite Fabrication:

We understand having custom sized glass and stone is important! That’s why we have professional glaziers and granite fabricators, who know how to cur glass and stone to make it any custom size or shape. They also know how to install it!

Delivery:

Our delivery team are experts when it comes to safely loading all custom pieces into an “Oak It Inc.” truck. They are also highly trained in how to unload all products safely.

Installation:

Once all of the above listed steps are completed thoroughly, the task is then handed over to our highly skilled installers. They assemble and install all of your pieces in a timely manner, to ensure they are properly placed.

Finish:

The project is ready, and we will hand it over to the customer. We would be grateful if our customers would provide us with feedback!
